Received some rum punch from this company as a Christmas present a couple of years ago, it was delicious, I really enjoyed it.
As a result, I decided to gift my sister in law some for her birthday I did not see a 'leave a message' field so dropped Beverley, the owner an email asking if a birthday message could be added to the order. It is not something they offer as standard but she kindly filled in a card with my chosen wording and added it to the package of punch so it would still meet the delivery deadline.
Great customer service, fantastic tasting punch, what more could you ask for?!?!?

Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
